BetterTaxi offers three different services categories. TAXI, PREMIUM TRANSFER, and BUSINESS CLASS. The booking option TAXI is referring to the regulated service. Prices depend on distance and traffic, tariffs are regulated for city rides and controlled by the taximeter. Depending on the city, extra charges are added as flag-fall, call-out charges, etc. The other service options are fixed price offers. They require a pre-booking time and have a cancellation fee, however they come with a number of benefits too: prices include “Meet & Greet” services – e.g. the pickup with a sign at the airport arrival gate, safety seats for children older than one year of age can be ordered at no extra charge, as well as a binding commitment of a vehicle class. Last, not least they provide a binding offer for longer distance rides such as intercity tours or airport transfers.
